Once an order is placed:

• No refunds

• No cancellations

• No exchanges

• No changes to the order

📦 Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed due to courier, logistics, or operational issues, we will help track it, but:

• Delay does not qualify for a refund

• Lost or damaged packages will be handled directly with the shipping carrier, not through Astrology Rays

📨 Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

We are not responsible for:

• Wrong or incomplete delivery addresses

• Failed delivery attempts

• Packages returned due to customer error

These situations also do not qualify for a refund.
